Nichole Lombardi, Office Manager

Nichole joined D.A.S. in 2023. She comes with twenty years of administrative & customer service experience. Her primary focus is to help and support the DAS team so they can be at their best for their providers!

When not at DAS, you can usually find Nichole and her husband Jerry in their yard tending to their veggie garden & wildflowers, or hosting gatherings at their home. Nichole also loves to spend time with her seven nieces and nephews!

Desirée Rangel, Billing Specialist

Desirée is dedicated to supporting providers in the mental health field and takes great pride in helping them succeed. She brings care, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to service in her role as Billing Specialist.

Outside of work, Desirée enjoys relaxing with movies and books, treating herself to a Starbucks run, and spending time with her beloved cats.

Jamie Kalina, Billing Specialist

Jamie Kalina started working in insurance in 2015 and is very excited to move to the billing side of insurance. She attended college at College of DuPage before transferring to Western Illinois University. Jamie is very detail oriented and enjoys billing and aging, she loves learning new things everyday! Jamie and Her husband Jonny have two children and a Dog. When not working you can find Jamie with her family playing games, entertaining or hanging around their fire pit.

Michelle Fallmaier, Billing Manager

Michelle is a 2003 graduate of Lewis University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems and a minor in Business Administration. She is an accomplished Billing Specialist with knowledge and background of problem solving and organizational skills along with project management. While overseeing approximately fifty accounts, Michelle has the ability to treat each one individually while applying all the skills necessary to keep up to date with billing and aging. In Michelle’s time outside of work, she is an enthusiastic mother of three children and a passionate coordinator for the National Association for Down Syndrome Welcome Basket Program.

Lety Carreño, Billing Manager

Lety brings nearly two decades of experience in insurance and customer service to D.A.S. Billing Solutions, where she has been a valued team member since 2021. As Billing Manager, her primary focus is ensuring clients feel supported and satisfied.

Outside of work, Lety enjoys time with her husband and three children, keeping life balanced with family walks, true crime shows, and a little self-care through Starbucks runs and nail days.

Shannon Dobson, Owner

Shannon has worked in the medical billing field since 2010 and quickly discovered both a gift and a passion for helping providers get paid for their hard work. After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management, she founded D.A.S. Billing Solutions, Inc., building a company dedicated to supporting healthcare professionals with care and precision.

Outside of work, Shannon values self-care and balance. She enjoys live music, stand-up comedy, yoga, and long walks in nature, as well as time with her husband, Eric. Her daily meditation practice helps her stay grounded while leading both her family and her flourishing company.
