Nichole Lombardi, Office Manager

Nichole joined D.A.S. in 2023. She comes with twenty years of administrative & customer service experience. Her primary focus is to help and support the DAS team so they can be at their best for their providers!

When not at DAS, you can usually find Nichole and her husband Jerry in their yard tending to their veggie garden & wildflowers, or hosting gatherings at their home. Nichole also loves to spend time with her seven nieces and nephews!

Desirée Rangel, Billing Specialist

Desirèe joined the team in the Spring of 2022. She takes great pride in helping providers in the mental health field.

Desirèe is an animal lover (especially cats!). One of her favorite pastime activities is watching movies/shows or grabbing some Starbie’s.

Jamie Kalina, Billing Specialist

Jamie Kalina started working in insurance in 2015 and is very excited to move to the billing side of insurance. She attended college at College of DuPage before transferring to Western Illinois University. Jamie is very detail oriented and enjoys billing and aging, she loves learning new things everyday! Jamie and Her husband Jonny have two children and a Dog. When not working you can find Jamie with her family playing games, entertaining or hanging around their fire pit.

Michelle Fallmaier, Billing Manager

Michelle is a 2003 graduate of Lewis University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems and a minor in Business Administration. She is an accomplished Billing Specialist with knowledge and background of problem solving and organizational skills along with project management. While overseeing approximately fifty accounts, Michelle has the ability to treat each one individually while applying all the skills necessary to keep up to date with billing and aging. In Michelle’s time outside of work, she is an enthusiastic mother of three children and a passionate coordinator for the National Association for Down Syndrome Welcome Basket Program.

Lety Carreno, Billing Manager

Lety joined DAS January of twenty-twenty one. She comes with nineteen years of insurance and customer service experience. Her primary focus is to keep her clients happy. Lety has been blessed with three beautiful children and a loving husband of twenty-three years. Even though Lety always has her hands full, she still manages to take time to take care of herself as well. She does this by going on Starbucks runs and getting her nails done. She also loves watching true crime shows and going on walks with her family.

Shannon Dobson, Owner

Shannon Dobson began working in the medical billing field in 2010. She quickly realized that she not only had a gift, but also a passion to help providers get paid for their hard work. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management, she started on the journey to open her company and D.A.S. Billing Solutions, Inc. was born! Shannon and her husband, Eric, have a blended family of 5 kids (yes-5!). Shannon values family dinners (her kids’ love her homemade spaghetti sauce and mashed potatoes!) and watching each child in their unique activity (art, drums, piano, clarinet, trumpet, to name a few). Although Shannon’s primary focus is on raising her family and her flourishing company, she believes strongly in having a solid self-care regimen. She has a daily meditation practice that helps her keep her sanity. She also thoroughly enjoys live music, stand-up comedy, long walks (preferably in the woods!) and yoga.
